Hey hun, thanks for stopping by my blog! And no, your question was not a silly question, I actually get asked that same question a lot. lol A "tagger" scrap kit is a smaller sized kit that "taggers" use to make signature tags, email stats, blog layouts, etc. I personally make my tagger sized kits at 1200x1200 pixels at 300ppi, but some make them as small as 600x600 at 72ppi. Since mine are a bit larger you can still use them for regular digital scrap layouts as well, but only on ones that you aren't planning on printing. I hope that helps clear up some confusion. lol Have a great weekend! ;)
